How It Works ·
pagecrisp.com/process
Our Process
PageCrisp ships your site in approximately 7 business days — a strategy call, behavioral-science-driven design, a full build, and launch, with unlimited in-scope revisions for 14 days after launch.
Day 1 — Discovery Call
A focused 15-minute strategy call. We learn about your business, your customers, what you want visitors to do, and what makes you different from competitors. Clear creative brief and agreed-on direction — no lengthy questionnaires.
Days 2–5 — Design & Build
Behavioral-science-driven design with human judgment and brand expertise. Initial designs by Day 3. Revision rounds built into every package. Then a full build with clean code, fast load times, and proper SEO structure.
Day 7 — Launch
Your site goes live — tested across devices and browsers, connected to your domain. Full ownership transfer: all files, code, and credentials are yours. Care Plan support begins immediately if chosen.

Client:
Local Ice — handcrafted ice cream shop at The Original Farmers Market, Los Angeles, CA.
This is real client work, not a concept build.
The Challenge
Local Ice is a handcrafted ice cream shop at LA's Original Farmers Market. They needed an in-store coupon that felt as fun and crafted as their scoops — something customers would want to hold onto, not throw away. The brief: a "one free cup or cone" card that matched their retro brand personality and was ready for print.
What We Delivered
-
Double-sided coupon design (front: offer + sunburst art; back: location, terms, Farmers Market branding)
-
Retro brand-aligned art direction — sunburst, custom-feel badge, full brand palette
-
Print-ready files for immediate production
Result
A tactile, on-brand in-store coupon designed to feel like a gift, not a discount flyer — built to get redeemed and reinforce the Local Ice brand at every touchpoint.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to build my website?
7 business days is our standard delivery from the initial strategy call. Complex projects may take up to 10 days — we'll always be upfront about that before starting.
Who owns the website after it's built?
You do, 100%. Once delivered and paid in full, you own all design files, source code, and content. No licensing fees, no lock-in.
Do I need to handle my own hosting?
No. Our Care Plan ($100/month) covers managed hosting, ongoing security monitoring, daily backups, and monthly content updates.
Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?
Template builders give you a template. We design fully custom sites — brand-aligned, tuned for performance and SEO, no two alike. If you want your website to be a competitive asset rather than a checkbox, that's the difference.
What does "AI-ready" mean?
More customers find businesses by asking AI assistants instead of searching Google. We build every site with the structured data and semantic markup that AI systems read — so your site is built to be understood and surfaced.
