How to cancel
Tell us, any way you like. That's it. You don't need a reason, and we won't try to talk you out of it.
Any words work
"Please cancel." "I'm done." "Stop my plan." All of these count. Tell us your shop's name so we know who you are.
When it stops
Your plan stops at the end of the month you already paid for. We keep working until then. You won't be charged again. There is no cancellation fee and nothing to pay off.
What you keep: everything
- Your website, and everything on it
- Your domain name
- Your Google listing and every social account, with every follower and review
- Every photo, post, caption and video we made for you
Nothing we made for you gets taken down when you go.
What we do
- We text or email you back to confirm you're cancelled.
- We hand over anything of yours we hold, the same day.
- We remove our own access from your accounts, the same day.
- We send you a screenshot showing we're gone.
We do this even if you're leaving angry, and even if you never pay us another dollar.
Refunds
Refunds are case by case. If something went wrong and you want money back, tell us when you cancel. We talk first, listen to what happened, and decide together.
