Terms of Service
Effective October 16, 2026
The short version
- Plans renew every month until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time, by text, email or phone. Here's how.
- Your website, content, domain and accounts are yours. No buyout. No exit fee.
- If you leave, nothing gets deleted, and we hand everything over the same day.
- We never ask you to stay quiet about us.
1. Who we are
When we say "we", "us" or "Pagecrisp", we mean Pagecrisp LLC, a California limited liability company based in Los Angeles, California.
When we say "you", we mean anyone who uses pagecrisp.com, and any business that signs up for one of our plans.
2. Your signed agreement comes first
These terms are a plain summary of how we work. They are not a substitute for your signed agreement. If your signed agreement and this page ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.
3. Using this website
You can read anything on pagecrisp.com for free. You don't need an account. Please don't try to break the site, overload it, or copy its design or code to pass off as your own.
Pages marked "Concept" are sample designs we made to show our work. They are not real businesses.
We work hard to keep the site correct and online. But like every website, it may have mistakes or be down now and then, and we can't promise it never will.
4. Plans and billing
Our monthly plans are Starter ($29 a month), Growth ($79 a month), Pro ($149 a month). The current prices and what each plan includes are always on our pricing page.
Every plan renews each month until you cancel. We charge the same card on the same date each month. There is no contract length and no setup fee.
Top-ups (Holiday campaign, $49; 4 extra TikToks, $39; Extra email blast, $19; 500 extra texts, $15) are one-time charges for one month. We only add one when you say yes. If you reach a plan limit and don't want a top-up, that work simply stops until next month. We never charge you for something you didn't ask for.
If a card payment fails, we tell you. There are no late fees. We may pause the work until it's paid, but we never delete anything and never lock you out of your own accounts over a bill.
If we ever change our prices, we tell you by email or text at least 30 days before. You can cancel before the new price starts.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel any time, for any reason, and you don't have to explain. Send a text, an email, or call us. Any words work. Full steps are on our cancel page.
Your plan stops at the end of the month you already paid for. You won't be charged again. There is no cancellation fee.
6. Refunds
Refunds are case by case. If something went wrong and you want money back, tell us. We talk first, listen to what happened, and decide together.
7. You own your stuff
Your website, your content, your domain name and your accounts are yours. That includes your Google listing, your social accounts, and every photo, post, caption and video we make for you.
- No buyout. You never pay to "own" what is already yours.
- No exit fee.
- Nothing gets deleted or taken down when you leave.
- We hand everything over the same day you ask, and we remove our own access.
We keep our own tools: the templates, checklists and systems we use for every shop. You don't need any of them to keep your website running. Any web developer or host you pick may use and change your site.
8. No back door
We never put a back door, hidden off-switch or time bomb in anything we build. Nothing we make will stop working because you left us, stopped paying, or are unhappy with us.
We never ask for your passwords. We are added to your accounts as a helper, in a way you can undo yourself at any time.
9. Say what you want about us
We will never ask you to stay quiet about us. You can review us, complain about us, or tell anyone about your experience, good or bad. Nothing in any of our papers stops you.
We only use your business name or results in our own marketing if you say yes.
10. Your Google listing
Google has its own rules for agencies like us. We follow them, and you can read Google's rules here.
- You choose our access. You can make us a co-owner, a manager, or give us no access at all. You stay the main owner either way.
- We tell you about every change we make to your listing.
- We hand it back the same day you ask. Google gives agencies up to 7 business days. We don't need that long.
- Google Business Profile is free from Google. Our fee is for the work we do on it.
11. How we use AI
We use AI tools to help draft posts, captions, emails and review replies. A person checks every piece before anything is posted or sent for you.
12. Texts to your customers
Some plans include texts to your customers. We only text people who signed up to get them. The rules for those texts, including how people stop them, are on our texting terms page.
Your customer list belongs to you. You promise that everyone on a list you give us agreed to hear from you.
13. Your part
When you send us photos, logos or words, you're telling us you own them or have permission to use them. You're responsible for the facts about your business that you give us, like your hours, prices and claims.
We won't post something we believe breaks the law or a platform's rules. We will never write fake reviews, buy reviews, or buy followers. If you ask, we'll say no and tell you why.
14. What we can't promise
We do the work every month, and we show you your real numbers. But no one can promise more customers, sales, followers, or a spot in Google or an AI answer. We don't promise those, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
Google, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms make their own rules and sometimes change them or make mistakes. We don't control them, and we aren't responsible for their outages or decisions. If one of them suspends your account, we'll help you appeal.
15. Limit on what we owe
Please read this part
If we get something wrong, we will fix it. But there is a limit on what we owe you. The most we owe you is the amount set out in your signed agreement. We are not responsible for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or other indirect losses.
Why: we are a small studio. If we had to carry unlimited risk, we couldn't offer plans at these prices. This limit doesn't take away any rights the law says can't be taken away.
16. If we disagree
Talk to us first. If you have a problem, tell us. We both agree to try for 30 days to work it out before anyone goes to court.
California law applies. Any case goes to the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California. There is no forced arbitration. You keep your right to go to court, including small claims court.
17. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page and tell our members by email or text at least 30 days before the change starts.
Your signed agreement does not change under you. A new version of this page never changes an agreement you already signed. Changes to that need both of us to agree in writing.
